Will the prints be signed?

I do my best to put a physical signature on the prints that I sent, however in some cases when there are too many orders at a time I might not be able to. 

What is the shipping cost?

Tracked Shipping is worldwide and costs only $5 for all countries.
We can also offer express shipping on request but it will cost more.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping and it only costs $5.

Where are you shipping from?

Orders are shipped from our local post office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on your country. Orders are send in 2-3 working days from ordering. Shipping takes 2-3 weeks for Europe and 3-4 weeks for the rest of the world.

On request we can ship your order with Express Shipping through DHL, however that will cost more.

Where will I receive my order?

It will either be delivered straight to your door or you will be able to collect it from your nearest post office. You will receive a notification from your postal office by mail/phone/email once your order has arrived.

Thus providing the correct postal code in your shipping details is really important.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number on your email. You can use it in your local post’s website to track the status of your order. If you have any problems or questions you can get reach out to us – info@aganev.com

Do I have to pay for Customs Taxes?

This depends on your country’s local policies regarding import duties and taxes. As we are shipping orders from Bulgaria you will not be subject to any import taxes or duties if you are purchasing from a country that is part of the EU.

Currently we are offering Credit/Debit cards and PayPal payments that are 100% secure and safe.

Is my Credit/Debit Card secured when paying through your website?

Absolutely, we are only working with authorized payment gateway providers that are compliant with all the latest data security standards such as Braintree, Mollie Payments and Paypal.

How can I return a product?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item purchased then it may be returned within 30 days of receipt providing it is in its original packing unused and in a re-saleable condition.
